Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Open to residents of all countries aged 18 or older. Employees of Film Impact B.V. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period: The giveaway begins and ends on the dates stated in each promotional post. Exact times and dates, including time zones, will be clearly specified in the giveaway details.
- Entry: Entry methods are described in each specific post. Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries beyond the first will be disqualified.
- Prize: The prize consists of one year of Film Impact the Big Bang. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected using a random number generator and notified within one week of the closing date. Winners must claim their prize within three months by agreeing to a free order link sent via email or DM on social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok). Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after this period.
- Data Privacy: Participant data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://www.filmimpact.com/privacy-policy/
- General Conditions: Film Impact B.V. reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs its integrity, as determined in our sole discretion.
- Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Film Impact B.V., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the giveaway.
- Disputes: This giveaway is subject to the laws of The Netherlands, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
